Procurement Executive
Job Description
- Preparing and managing Purchase Orders to manufacturers / suppliers
- Being resourceful and conducting research on potential products and suppliers, and comparing price vs quality to ensure the best deals for the company
- Negotiating with manufacturers / suppliers for the most competitive costs
- Working closely with the QS for costing on tenders and quotations
- Co-ordinating and following up with warehouse team and suppliers daily to ensure goods are received on time
- Inspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely
- Developing relationships with manufacturers / suppliers and building trust
- Inventory management and control by regularly updating and maintaining records and practicing prudent purchasing to prevent over or under-stocking
- Monitoring market prices and planning purchases ahead to help the company save costs
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in English, Mandarin AND Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess at least Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any field of study or equivalent
- Preferably at least 2 years’ working experience in a related field
- Pleasant personality, good working attitude with drive and ownership
- Able to communicate with all levels of people and work independently and under pressure
- Able to forecast and do forward planning with high flexibility and adaptability

Electrical Technician
Job Description
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components, including wiring, fixtures, and appliances
- Planning, coordinating and organizing work and manpower across multiple live projects
- Providing specialized electrical services in the installation, operation and maintenance of electrical construction works
- Checking and interpreting plans, construction drawings and bill of quantities to ensure adequacy of materials and accuracy of work execution
- Applying extensive electrical expertise to day-to-day operations on-site
- Provide technical support and guidance to other maintenance staff or apprentices
- Proactively engaging with Project Managers on all live projects and identifying issues that could lead to problems and facilitate their solutions
- Liaising with all subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project, actively doing forward planning to ensure minimal disruption to timelines
- Adhering to the company’s processes while having the flexibility to react to and deal with unexpected events
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and electrical hazards
- Keep abreast of developments in electrical technology, codes, and standards
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Engineering and/or minimum of 5 years’ experience in general construction with excellent hands-on construction skills
- CIDB green card holder, car driving license
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and works plans
- Experience in supervising electrical construction projects
- Strong operational and planning skills and an attention to detail
- Ability to work well on own initiative
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Project Manager
Job Description
- Prepare, plan, organise, monitor and manage all ongoing projects.
- Lead and coordinate team of Project Engineers and run weekly project meetings.
- Work closely with Site Managers to ensure smooth running of all projects on sites through proactive forward planning and effective organisation.
- Effectively communicate with the clients and their teams to interpret and understand their needs and timeline requirements and resolve any site issues.
- Actively work with QS, Purchasers, Contract clerks and anyone else involved in the project to manage timescales, materials, costs and resources needed to deliver a project.
- Adhere with and enforce the company’s processes while having the flexibility and creativity to react to and deal with unexpected events.
- Effectively represent the company at site meetings and/or client meetings, report on progress to management and maintain healthy client business relationships.
Requirements
