Admin Clerk

Job Description

  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
  • Dealing with general office email enquiries.
  • General office management such as ordering stationary.
  • Providing administration support to the Administration and Project Department.
  • Timely completion of client, supplier and project registrations.
  • CIDB Card application and renewal for employees required.


  • SPM / Diploma degree
  • Strong operational skills and an attention to detail
  • Ability to work well on own initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Team player, adaptable & practical

Salary & Benefits

  • RM1,500 – RM 1,800
  • EPF and SOCSO
  • Discretionary bonus (subject to performance)
